By participating in the Ministry of Education's Building Futures workshop I recognized the importance of continuing education and learning as a teacher candidate, and as a professional. It is necessary for teachers to frequently attend the various workshops, seminars, additional qualification courses, etc. that are offered, in order to stay up to date and current with best practice and new strategies to meet the needs of all our students.
